As a British-Asian who developed Vitiligo at the age of 21, and since navigated motherhood and a successful career in teaching, London-based Joti is now a TV spokesperson, presenter, inspirational speaker and social media influencer. She champions positive body image through her @PositivelyDiverse online community and media features, including BBC TV & radio, Good Housekeeping Magazine, The Sun and Metro newspapers. She’s also interviewed high-profile influencers on diversity, inclusion and body image at London Fashion Week and for World Vitiligo Day. Joti continues to raise awareness through teaching, coaching and mentoring young people to believe in themselves, regardless of perceived imperfections. Her goal is to help the next generation celebrate their individuality to create a positively diverse and more inclusive society.

  • Motivational Talks

Since developing Vitiligo in my early twenties and the birth of my children, my perspective on life has changed. I now speak on the topic of body positivity to share my own experience and insight. In particular, having taught at an all-girls school for the past 16 years and with a daughter of my own, I understand the current challenges they face in finding self-acceptance and happiness. Contact me if you’d like me to inspire your people.

  • Interactive Workshops

Having taught secondary school-aged children for over 15 years, I understand the importance of embedded learning with hands-on and memorable experiences. Whether it’s for a group of corporate leaders or youngsters in education, I tailor make interactive workshops that bring what matters to you to life.

  • Collaborations & Endorsements

I am proud to have been a British Skin Foundation Ambassador, featured in numerous national press articles and have over 3,700 followers on Instagram (with a 5% engagement rate). My online audience has grown around my skin condition which saw my @leethomastv interview for World Vitiligo Day reach 3.5k organically. If you’d like my help to reach a positively diverse audience with your inclusive and sustainable message, let’s talk.

  • Media Spokesperson & Presenter

If you are looking for a professional spokesperson to speak authentically on the topic of representation, diversity, inclusion, body image and Vitiligo, I am available to host and present in the UK and abroad. Watch me interview leaders in their field for London Fashion Week and World Vitiligo Day, both online and in-studio and see my features on the BBC and radio here. Watch me in action on my YouTube channel. Drop me a line to discuss your opportunity.
